Extracted row rendering logic from LedgerTable into a memoized LedgerRow component. This improves performance by preventing unnecessary re-renders of all rows when interacting with a single row or global state that doesn't affect all rows. - Created `LedgerRow.tsx` with `React.memo`. - Refactored `LedgerTable.tsx` to use `LedgerRow`. - Preserved all existing functionality and logic. - Verified with performance test and frontend snapshot.
