Keep Home Screen Upright When Portrait Mode Is Enabled

When we enable portrait mode, the Home Screen app also rotates, making it incompatible with the screen orientation and causing inconvenience for users.

Could you please keep the Home Screen app upright even when portrait mode is enabled?

It was working well in older Tizen versions, such as Tizen 8 and Tizen 9. However, the issue started occurring from Tizen 10 and continues in Tizen 11.

Hello. As far as I know, the Home screen in Tizen 10.0 and later does not have a portrait mode in the first place.
