generate a new (updated) pre-built pipeline database

Create a new pre-built database for the pipeline, that shall be based on the 1st semester of 2023. Release until August.
The first one was generated in f=February, meaning it is based in the 2nd semester of 2022.

By 'based on', one must understand that it is getting all the work that happened until that period, since the database is being built in a specific day.

Note for the users:
This has been a great pain until now, because I have the newly generated database, however it has been impossible thus far to push it to Zenodo. Upload always crashes around 50%.

I was finally able to push the updated database.
Now zenodo contains an updated DB that was built on 5th of March, 2024.
