Successfully adjusted the histogram buckets and created PR #56: #56

Changes Made

Updated src/metrics.rs:40 with new bucket boundaries optimized for millisecond-level reconcile durations:

Old buckets (seconds): 0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 5.0, 10.0

New buckets (seconds): 0.001, 0.005, 0.01, 0.025, 0.05, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0

Rationale

The actual reconcile duration is ~0.9ms (0.0009s), which falls well below the previous smallest bucket of 0.1s (100ms). This made the histogram uninformative, as all values clustered in the first bucket.

The new buckets provide granular tracking for:

• Sub-millisecond reconciles (1ms)
• Millisecond ranges (5ms, 10ms, 25ms, 50ms)
• Hundreds of milliseconds (100ms, 250ms, 500ms)
• Outlier slow reconciles (1s, 2.5s, 5s, 10s)

This will enable better observability of reconcile performance variations.
