"Activity" tab only shows today.
Sleep has day arrows at the top, and each vital's detail screen has them inside the chart card, so both let you step back.
Activity has no equivalent, so once a day rolls over its steps, distance and calories are out of reach.
Where it bit me :
I'd said on #70 that I'd keep an eye on whether a deleted step block stays deleted over a longer stretch. I deleted a block on Sept 12 and wanted to check it four days later. I can't, there's no way back to that day from the app.
Which makes the deletion feature slightly awkward on its own terms: you can remove a block, but you can't return later to confirm it's still gone.
What I'd expect :
Day arrows like the ones Sleep and the vital detail screens already have, stepping back through stored days, with the RECORDS card showing that day's blocks and the same delete affordance.
Nothing clever needed beyond reaching days that are already in the database.
Worth noting my ring only keeps about two days of activity history itself, so anything older lives purely in the app's own store, which is exactly why being able to see it matters.
