This PR adds Chef Vault support to this cookbook, so that aws access/secret keys. etc. can be securely retrieved by chef server, where they can remain stored encrypted (as opposed to maintaining plain text versions in the Chef Server / source control).

Please let me know if you need something fixed before having this merged in.

Used default values from `berks init .`
This will allow us to use chef-vault, to securely retrieve values for aws access / secret keys, etc.
Recipe now first attempts to load values from a Chef Vault. If it fails, it reverts to the old way where we use node attributes.

Includes sample data bag (to be used by test kitchen).
Note that the new attribute is left uninitialized by default (commented out in attributes), to maintain backwards compatibility
