That would actually drop out most people (who seem to be from the country) as "Georgia" is still established term used by almost everyone in English speaking world (even though it is indeed confusing) Instead we could filter "USA" and "Atlanta" mentions into US although again not everyone specifies that. |

Fixes #291
This updates Georgia country matching to use "Sakartvelo" in
config.json:50, avoiding ambiguity with Georgia (USA).
