Removes the repository-local Warden workflow because Warden is provided globally by the getsentry/.github repository.
Verification:
git diff --checkgetsentry/.github/.github/workflows/warden.ymlexistsNo runtime tests were run because this only deletes a duplicated GitHub Actions workflow.
