How are you going to do this? What API are you using. I would be willing to help, but is this even possible? Scratch Message Notifier was closed because it no longer works.

I'm not sure. @MasterOfTheTiger Would You Like to join and Help Me with our projects. I think the Scracth Api for msg's would work, i forget the link it's somewhere on Nix's Github or Scratch Posts.

If you use it and put a username, it shows the Msg count, but might be off?
