TypeError: Cannot read property '0' of undefined

Only checking the weather works perfectly fine, but when I want to synch with DV360 I always get this error: TypeError: Cannot read property '0' of undefined

I have the same issue for the Weather Based Marketing Spreadsheet templates with the following error:
