GitHub is deprecating Node.js 20 on Actions runners (forced to Node 24 on 2026-06-16, removed 2026-09-16). Bump the affected first-party actions to their Node 24 versions: - actions/checkout@v4 -> v5 - actions/setup-python@v5 -> v6 - actions/cache@v3 -> v4 Third-party actions were not flagged and are left to their maintainers.
