[XY-905] Add live temporal reconciliation trace contract

Summary

• Adds ELF live memory_evolution temporal reconciliation materialization/readback fields for current, historical, rationale, tombstone, invalidation, dropped, and non-narrated evidence.
• Updates the real-world scorer/report contract so selected lifecycle evidence is visible and selected-but-not-narrated conflict evidence still fails as wrong_result.
• Publishes the June 16 XY-905 live temporal reconciliation report and updates the XY-951 stage ledger with the narrow post-stage result.

Claim Boundary

This supports only the encoded ELF live memory_evolution slice. It does not claim broad ELF superiority over qmd, Graphiti/Zep, mem0/OpenMemory, Letta, hosted memory products, private-corpus gates, or provider-backed production quality.
