I'm Changwoo Baek, a graduate researcher at the PNU-CVSP Lab (Pusan National University).

I work on efficient LLM / VLM inference — pruning redundant visual tokens and compressing the KV cache so large models run under tight budgets. I'm increasingly interested in agentic AI and physical AI, bringing this efficiency to long-horizon agents and real-world embodied systems.
