feat(hiring): prompt applicants to share and collect reactions

Applicants are told their application is public and asked to collect reactions, so the leaderboard that already ranks them by 👍 has something feeding it.

This adds the prompt rather than replacing the profile pull request instructions. #1172 says to replace them, but application-funnel.md describes one reply carrying the guidelines link, the fork and profile links, the exact title and closing line, and the share text together — and removing the profile instructions would leave applicants with no route to the first gate.
