Update AMD64 catalog metadata (catalog name/date and catalog_digest) and bump MAS core 9.0.x to 9.0.22. Simplify editorial "security updates" entry to reference v9.0.22. Add new PPC64LE and s390x case bundle YAMLs (v9-260305) including OCP 4.20 support, architecture-specific catalog digests, MAS core/manage versions, UDS/SLS/TSM/DB2U settings, mongo extras, and editorial/known-issues entries.
Refresh the catalog_digest SHA256 values for the v9-260305 catalogs to match rebuilt/refreshed catalog images. Updated files: - src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260305-amd64.yaml - src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260305-ppc64le.yaml - src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260305-s390x.yaml This ensures the recorded digest matches the current catalog images for each architecture.
