…view 1.2.882) (#4711) * ci(review): pin the reviewer bundle to team-skills 63520d84 (ci/pr-review 1.2.881) The cloud orchestrator now receives its skills through the Skill tool and explicit body load lines instead of a frontmatter list that never preloaded on the --agent path (team-skills #421); the same bundle revision carries the ship Stop hook change (#423), which this workflow does not execute. The root workflow and both mirrors take the pin line only, and the review-context test's two revision constants move with it. The workflow already grants Skill in --allowedTools, so no other change is needed for the orchestrator's load lines to resolve.
