Summary
Rename the reward receipt event from
DelegateDistributedtoDelegateVoterRewardsDistributedto reflect its actual granularity: settlement traverses voters, but each event contains one delegate’s contributions for the current chunk.Also rename
totalCommissiontoeraCommissionandtotalVoterPooltochunkVoterReward, making their opposite aggregation rules explicit. The text now states that a voter who voted for multiple delegates appears in each contributing delegate’s event, even when those contributions are combined into one payment.This matches iotex-core PR #4969.
