Mater

A minimal Pomodoro timer that lives in your macOS menu bar.

As of version 3, Mater is now macOS-only and is now written in Swift.

Features

• Small unobtrusive menubar UI
• Time ruler can be dragged in either direction while running to adjust time
• Configurable work and break durations
• Menubar icon counts down minutes remaining
• Keyboard shortcuts: spacebar to play/pause, escape to dismiss
• Sound effects (by snd.dev) for winding and button clicks can be turned off

Download the latest .zip from Releases, unzip, and drag Mater to Applications.

What's with the name?

I'm a Pixar fan and Mater is awesome. "Like Ta-mater without the ta". Get it?
