ndr is a local CLI plus a Claude Code plugin. It reads and writes markdown files in a directory you point it at and makes no network calls of its own.

Please do not open a public issue for security reports. Use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting on this repository ("Security" tab → "Report a vulnerability"). You should get an acknowledgement within a week.

Only the latest release receives fixes.
