Update Claude ACP to 0.77.0 and remove local patch

Summary

• update the pinned Claude ACP runtime from 0.76.0 to 0.77.0
• regenerate the isolated lockfile and compatibility baseline for upstream commit dfe823b
• remove the local TaskList patch, checksums, and patch application now that upstream includes the fix
• retain TaskList regression contracts against the unmodified published runtime
• refresh runtime maintenance, architecture, watcher, and license documentation
