The katoptra mirrors moved to katoptra/dispatch on 2026-09-21, so the setup no longer installs this App on that organization and the add-a-target notes no longer say the org is covered. The test fixtures use a fictional second owner for the two-installation case instead of katoptra repository names.

The katoptra mirrors are scheduled by katoptra/dispatch since 2026-09-21 and no schedule for them remains here, but the docs still said to install the App on the katoptra organization and that any katoptra repo was covered. Now:
jshvnfor the repos it runs; the add-a-target note says to add the repo to the installation, with no org special case.acmefor the second-installation case instead ofkatoptra/tlnetand friends, so nothing in the repo reads as if those repos were targets.No code change. The
