Apply thesis-grounded voice revisions and scientific corrections

Replaces reviewer commentary and repeated explanations in nine articles and supporting site/demo copy with direct descriptions of methods, observations, and specific limitations, using the supplied thesis excerpts as the primary voice reference.

Implements all 166 requested voice edits and all nine reviewed second-pass amendments. The focused corrections cover Isolation Forest averaging, the LUX conduit caption and simulation correction, EIF per-split costs, FACE24 model/results order, and duplicated LUX/RAG passages. An explicit per-article date map advances only the five second-pass articles to September 18.

Castle remains unchanged, including its source, assets, complete rendered page, metadata, and index/feed entries. The academic design, scientific results and qualifications, equations, code examples, figures, collaborator credits, AI-assistance disclosure, public URLs, and existing anchors are preserved. The first pass includes five authorized JavaScript display-message replacements and corresponding script cache bumps; demo algorithms and controller logic are unchanged.

Validation

Completed locally on the reviewed revision:

• Jekyll build with production-parity CI configuration; metadata and generated-site validators.
• All 63 demo checks and 10 Castle regression tests.
• Strict Castle and cumulative preservation comparisons against the original unchanged-master baseline: 43 routes, 242 existing IDs, and Castle's 20 entries across 12 generated files. Castle's complete rendered HTML is byte-identical.
• git diff --check.
• Desktop/mobile browser inspection: 20 first-pass dark-mode captures and 12 second-pass light-mode captures.
