What changes
The README is titled
site, the repository's name, and takes the consumer shape used across the org minus the sections that do not apply to a website: the lede, How it works, Want your own?, Operating it. It says what each mirror's pipeline does to feed the status cells and links katoptra/lib's README (katoptra/lib#5) for that. The Taskfile's banner still saysmirrors; that is a code change and not part of this PR.Storage and operations
