Keep parsing, verification, exports and results in one shared core. Move standalone primitive loading and in-process rejection into separate adapters, and link CLI tests against the same libraries. Validated 225 CLI/driver tests and the Python extension suite (44 tests, one skipped), plus the borrowed-native checks on macOS ARM64.
