…rc-close outcome The ledger commit (14b9eea) updated the spec but committed this handoff verbatim — so its 'Still owed' list still read 'Decide: commit or delete' and 'item 12 still reads investigate', contradicting the shipped status recorded in the same commit. Annotate the disposition inline: audit.html deleted, the three handoffs tracked, items 12 & 22 marked shipped; the pi-extension-check bug stays OPEN/un-owned (out of scope, unchanged).

The
pi-extension-checkline stays OPEN/un-owned (unchanged). Docs-only; VitePresssrcExclude: superpowers/**keeps it out of the published site.
