docs: extract daily cap is per account, not per key - #42

Upstream fixed the enforcement 2026-08-17 (the Redis bucket now keys on the owning account; per-key buckets silently multiplied the allowance). unlimited_extract stays a per-key bypass; /me/usage calls_today now reports the account counter. Wording updated in README, client docstring and the vendored openapi.json (the next regen will carry the same text from the API).
