Service to Service sample

1.0.4 introduced a proxy bump giving access to the new service to service annotations for the descriptor and since the producer implementation is an action it should work without further changes in the SDK, we did however not add any docs/sample. Should be roughly the same as the Java/Scala sample in https://docs.kalix.io/java/service-to-service.html
