GET /healthroute handler returning HTTP 200 OK with a JSON payload matchingLooker::Model::DataActionResponse(success: trueand nestedlooker: { success: true }) so Looker Admin 'Test Connection' andGET /api/4.0/integration_hubs/:id/healthpass on Cloud Run regardless of whetherah_error_visis enabled.
