what is the usecase for this skill in this particular repo?

this repo is supposed to be the LNbits skills repo, somewhere we can point users/agents to. Instead of having those skills scattered across multiple repos.
for example: npx skills add https://github.com/lnbits/agent-skills/tree/main/skills/development/quasar-lnbits would allow an AI agent to install that particular skill
