# Rubin Science Platform Portal Resources

The [Rubin Science Platform](https://rsp.lsst.io/) Portal Aspect provides you the means to interactively browse, display, and make simple plots based on Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST) data products in a web browser.

### Data policies
Only Rubin data rights holders may have an account in the Rubin Science Platform (RSP) and access to Data Preview 1 data products. All scientists and students in the US and Chile, plus named members of international in-kind teams, have Rubin data rights. ### How to cite Rubin Observatory

**Citing Data Preview 1**: Publications based on the DP1 data products must cite the DP1 paper and use the DOIs for the relevant data products. [Learn more about how to cite Data Preview 1](https://dp1.lsst.io/citedp1.html).

**Citing tutorials**: Publications that made use of the tutorials can cite the NSF-DOE Vera C. Rubin Observatory (2025), "Rubin Observatory LSST Tutorials", using [doi.org/10.11578/rubin/dc.20250909.20](http://doi.org/10.11578/rubin/dc.20250909.20).
