Not working: all pointing at private urls

The helm repo does not seem to work. It's downloading stuff from https://github.com/splitt3r which is not publicly accessible

Fixed in v0.2.0 🎉

Root cause was exactly what you spotted: the published index.yaml was originally generated from a personal fork, so its download URLs pointed at github.com/splitt3r/helm release assets, which no longer exist (404). The release workflow also used deprecated actions and lacked the contents: write permission modern GITHUB_TOKEN needs, so no working release was ever published under maildev/helm.

#9 modernized the release workflow and cut a fresh maildev-0.2.0 release. The index now points at https://github.com/maildev/helm/releases/download/maildev-0.2.0/maildev-0.2.0.tgz, and a clean install works:

helm repo add maildev https://maildev.github.io/helm
helm repo update
helm install my-maildev maildev/maildev
