v1.0でサポートするC#/.NET/Roslyn範囲とAnalyzer performanceの基準を明確にする。

• IDE/CLI compatibility assumptions
• analyzer execution performance measurement
• large project / repeated compilation scenarios
• known limitations

完了条件

• v1.0 compatibility matrixが文書化されている
• unsupported combinationsが明示されている
• representative projectでperformance baselineを取得している
• 明確なperformance regression thresholdが決まっている
• CIまたはrelease verificationで重大なregressionを検出できる
