I ran into a situation recently where a device was sending traps which were failing authentication, but it wasn't very easy to tell where they were coming from, as the error did not have rinfo attached.
This patch adds rinfo to the error, similar to how
ProcessingErroralready carries rinfo, so it is simple to log out the source IP of the failing trap packets.
