my huge pull request

contains following things:

• makes an objsync in /evalstatus: [{id: , name: , cur: , max: }]
• solves the problem of no available eval servers with a failure back to the client (still shows in console)
• problem2: size_t getindex instead of int getindex
• add my kvm stuff to kvmstuff/
• fixes with problem2 to make it compile cleanly

WIP - don't merge it yet :p
currently working on: scoreboard

• uses an ip address to decide which scoreboard a client pushes to (configurable in config.json)
• moves Results to a new file (backend) to clean up code
