The main is for the story and side quests. The system is for items, descriptions, ui elements etc..
If you want both just copy one file to the other.
The name of some characters are in Romaji(that's what came inside the files i extracted for some reason), if you want them in Japanese you can change with some text editor like notepad++
I also removed lines with less than 5 characters because small lines like that the OCR recognizes well, the problem is with long sentences.
