Adds the 22.1.8.2 release of llvm.libcxx to the three platform tables. The package now declares platforms linux, macos and ios and its CI gates five rows (x86_64-linux, aarch64-macos, aarch64-ios-sim, x86_64-ios-sim, aarch64-ios) under mcpp 2026.9.14.1. The tarball is byte-identical on GitHub and on the GitCode mirror; the 22.1.8.1 entry stays for consumers that pin it.
