This release adds a Telegram bot with status, stop, new-chat, diff, and diagnostics commands, plus message throttling, retry handling, token masking, and file logging. It also updates /cancel behavior, exposes new IPC and diagnostics APIs, and adds a Material Design GitHub Pages landing site in Russian and English with screenshots and lightbox gallery. The package version is bumped and Prettier is added as a dev dependency.
