Introduce a fontColor setting and UI to let users choose a custom text color. Defaults to empty (use system color). Implemented normalizeColor(), applyColor(), and wired color into buildFontCss() to emit !important color rules for Cookie Code UI and page (excludes overlay and icon fonts). Updated settings loader/listener to handle fontColor. Added a new built-in font (ndot-47) and its OTF file. Added color picker, reset button, handlers and refresh logic in settings-tab, and i18n keys for the new UI labels.
