SDK samples needed for each supported SDK.

Description of the task

Each SDK should have a sample related to how SDK users should interact and consume the SDK. These samples don't need to be robust, but we should show the following functionality for each SDK:

Container Creation

1. How to use the run to completion APIs
2. How to user the native stdio streaming (spawn) APIs
3. How to use the state-aware life cycle and exec APIs
4. How to use the attached state-aware exec API if available

Telemetry Consent

1. How to use the telemetry consent APIs to set consent
2. How to use the telemetry consent APIs to revoke consent

Platform and Probe

1. How to probe backend availability and capability
2. How to probe Platform support

Note: This is related to #1280 and #1279 as the alignment and probe additions need to be completed so these can be shown. That said, some of the work can be done in parallel.
