[Feature Request]: endpoint to retrieve chat associated to user & app w/o Graph

today, it's not possible to retrieve the chat associated to the bot/app without using the graph package (which requires particular global permissions)

tmk, we should be able to expose this endpoint to retrieve all messages for a given conversation:
GET /v3/conversations/{conversationId}/messages

Lily Du (@lilyydu) is this the correct repo to add this in?
To add to this: the issue is that the required scopes are not RSC, but global scopes. If I can read the chat using Graph API with RSC permissions that would be fine as well. (like group chat and channel messages)

Many thanks for this feature request! Any rough estimation on when this endpoint could be available?

Lily Du (@lilyydu) will this endpoint require any RSC permission? At the moment the current "ChatMessage.Read.Chat" RSC permission is not enough to fetch messages OfficeDev/Microsoft-Teams-Samples#959 (comment) in 1:1 conversation with the bot using the graph client (although for some reason it works for group chats).

Also, would this endpoint return the messages with the same content/metadata the graph API would ?
