Changes
Added c# interop file used for the GameInput Device Configuration Tool. This was validated with this same tool.
Objective
Ease c# development using GameInput. We still encourage the creation of personalized interop files customized to each's needs, but desire to provide a reference or baseline for this and lower the effort required to develop using our API.
