Should submitters include scaling.json file in their results?

A WARNING shows up when submitters include a scaling.json in their results package.
MLCommons generally deletes all scaling.json files before regenerating it and creating the summary csv.

WG meeting notes 8/27/26:

WARNING will be removed and submitters can submit their scaling.json. Since scaling.json is recalculated, it should be ok. @pgmpablo157321 to doble check and drop the WARNING.

@pgmpablo157321 verified that the scaling.json files will be regenerated anyways post submission so dropping this WARNING won't hurt anything.
