Review meetings

We currently have 2 time zones to favor Asia submitters but is this really working? What about EU timezones?
Think about asking in the survey for preferred times and potentially reduce meeting duration based on agenda

Also, do we even need review meetings? Should we automate the review process and only have meetings on demand if issues cannot be resolved offline?

WG notes from 7/2/2026:

1. Don't have fixed review meetings anymore. Instead, review chairs an call for a meeting if there are objections that need to be resolved. So we could have a placeholder during the review period at 8:30am to 9:30 am daily which can be used only if necessary.
2. Go down from 6 review meetings to 4 meetings because the first meeting and the last meeting don't have much of an agenda recently
3. Use the submission survey to decide the timings of the review meetings because the current schedule may not be the best for submitters every round

(1) - not doing in v6.1
(2) - Drop the first meeting because peer review assignments can happen offline. Keep the last meeting in case there are any discussions/decisions pending. @carualejandro - can you please update the calendar?
