Documents being used by another process

Describe the bug
Documentation is not generated and the attached problem is appearing when generate documentation is selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open self hosted PowerDocue
2. Select the zip file
3. Select Generate Documentation
4. See error

Documentation to be created
