Firefox Development Is Moving From Mercurial To Git

While the currently announced plan does not have a timeline communicated, we should make sure that updatebot continues to work when the switch has been made

We are currently still blocked by Bug 1994568 to migrate Updatebot to Git, but #413 already contains a draft of changes that would be required on the Updatebot side to move to Git.
