Expose typed configuration, session, analysis, and result APIs directly through PyO3. Replace the legacy Python wrapper with a uv-managed development workflow, expanded tests, updated CI, and refreshed documentation.
The v9 major-version alias is not published, so GitHub Actions cannot resolve it. Pin setup-uv v9.0.0 by its verified commit SHA.
