Updates the root README to use the new
trakoo.codocumentation domain.Replaces the removed API reference link with the reorganized framework guides route and updates all provider and section links. The stale links originated from the retired StackSee deployment and pre-reorganization docs structure.
Validated all 18 README documentation links against the current MDX route tree and ran
git diff --check.
