Add a docs page covering the skills CLI install flow (--skill, --agent, --global), management commands, manual setup, and what each skill file contains. Register it in the Getting Started sidebar, link it from the section index, and point the readme at it.

Adds a portable skills.sh-compatible Trakoo Agent Skill targeting the v1 Standard Schema event-registry API planned in #32, including direct Zod, Valibot, and ArkType guidance without adapters or legacy compatibility.
Documents browser/server ownership, provider routing, validation and security behavior, PostHog credentials, Proxy trust boundaries, and concrete TanStack Start and Astro integrations.
Adds README installation instructions and 29 contract tests; stale local design and implementation plans were removed so #32 remains the sole migration authority.
Validated with 190 tests, typecheck, lint, production build, Biome, skill validation/discovery, clean-room agent evaluation, and independent review; publication remains gated on compiling representative consumer fixtures against the real migrated package after #32 lands.
