v1.9.0 - 2026-09-24

Rename agent create/update/replace --is-private flag to --is-public (not treated as breaking; agent commands are beta)

Reject resource identifiers containing ".." path segments and surface a clear error when base-url is misconfigured, instead of building an unintended request path
Fixed a bug where removing the default project would randomly pick another project as the new default instead of clearing it; use config project use to set a new one
