Fixes Windows Docker development startup, normalizes Linux build-script line endings, makes the credentialed external ML worker opt-in, documents the initial Compose command and encountered failures, and records the natKit-IMU PlatformIO recovery. Validation: the complete development stack is running successfully. Merge neuralbertatech/natKit-IMU#2 first so the referenced submodule commit is on that repository's trunk.
